They ARE starting to look like Gestapo with their pretty new hats.
What exactly did this guy do? I don't get it. The cop stepped in front of him.

1. He stood up to the officer's needless bullying. The officer provoked him, ordering him
to move from a spot that the officer decided to claim for himself. Such a petty officer (pun intended).
