1. I wait with baited breath when he walks up to him...

shoulders sideways and say's " Anyway my father didn't think so " right after he tells him he's a warped old man that thinks of people as cattle .

I was going to say "6 years and counting" in answer to your question.

8. these days

I'd take the trickle. Ain't seen none yet. "Trickle down economics", Reagan's voodoo economics, right? Stockman, you were right. Just don't work.

9. Another great Frank Capra movie is "You Can't Take It With You".

It shows even more of his socialistic tendencies. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0030993/

11. I love that movie. If only life were that free. Not to worry about money or food or whatever.

You notice how no one but the girl in that family works?

13. Now Potter's taken over Wall Street, and the Teabagger Party and Fox News and

the Potters funded the Romney campaign. And Potter never did go to prison for stealing that $8,000 from Uncle Billy, did he?

16. Why haven't we done that with our Potters?

"Hey, everybody, let's GET them!" No, we wait politely for the prosecutors and judges to do their jobs. They all belong to Potter's country club. They live in the same gated community. They were frat brothers before that. Potter bankrolled their political campaigns. I'm suggesting there may be some conflict of interest.

15. Being going on since time immemorial...

The rich screw the poor and the only thing that even slows it down is the intervention of the government on behalf of the people.

FDR saved America and Capra knew it. His films reinforced the "we're-all-in-this-together" ethic that was needed then...but is still needed now as well...
