7. It's very inaccurate

No self respecting cat would have so much as blinked when it knocked over the glass of milk. NO BLINKING.

8. One of ours blinks/squits

To pretend I don't exist or to show he doesn't respect my existing. He only does it with me (since he resents me being the alpha ape in the house)

5. Oh, here we go with propaganda from the pro-dog lobby...

FYI, cats offer to help with the cooking all the time. Especially when you're cooking chicken.

6. Cats think every can you open is tuna.

Or at least my cats do. They arrive in the kitchen every time I open the drawer where the can opener is kept, and must be permitted to sniff the can to make sure it isn't tuna. Otherwise they think they are getting ripped off.

9. Well heck

there is a reason why cats take a dump and then cover it, dogs, not so much.

10. Or sardines!

My four think I'm only supposed to go into the kitchen for them. They harass me until they get to investigate what I'm making, then sulk when it's something for myself that they don't like.

Fortunately, I'm a vegetarian, but on the rare occasions when I prepare any kind of fish (usually sardines), I have to give them some first or they won't leave me alone.

11. Mine check everything.

They make sure whatever I'm making passes the "sniff test" -- and if from the genus Thunnus or (more likely) Sardinops, they absolutely insist on taste testing.

I'm very sure it's only because they're looking after my health... good kitties that they are.

12. Very cool. I am a cat guy. Well maybe two cats, not really sure if Bindi

has accepted me.
