1. Zbig is one of the true greats in America. The rightwing hates him like they did Jimmy Carter

as do conspiracy theorists.

Zbig's efforts on behalf of human rights, like Jimmy Carter's are second to none.

again, those that hate him and Jimmy Carter have a major agenda

6. Except that he was the architect of Afghanistan

with his proxy war with the Soviet Union. It bankrupted the Soviets and now they're just Russians.

3. I like this guy...

If someone is elevated to official bogeyman status on the Glenn Beck show chances are they are a rare example of someone who is truly intelligent and informed. I like hearing from George Soros too. Whatever you personally think of him, most of the things he says are spot on. Right wing pukes have a reflexive revulsion for those who tell the truth rather than the normal inane paranoid bullshit and fabricated fairy tales.

5. Have you ever tried youtube's CC?

Very bad. It's hard to understand this guy. English is NOT his first language.
Fortunately, the video description gives some quotes. Follows...

Here is Zbigniew Brzezinski once again admitting that the globalists are in fear of the global awakening that is currently happening across the world. People are waking up to the fact that the governments are all power hungry and corrupt and are not there to serve the interests of the people, but that of the global elite and the multi-billion dollar corporations. This lecture was given about a week ago in his home country of Poland.

Here are a few quotes from this globalist:

"We have a large public that is very ignorant about public affairs and very susceptible to simplistic slogans by candidates who appear out of nowhere, have no track record, but mouth appealing slogans"

"The technotronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities. "
― Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era

"In the technotronic society the trend would seem to be towards the aggregation of the individual support of millions of uncoordinated citizens, easily within the reach of magnetic and attractive personalities exploiting the latest communications techniques to manipulate emotions and control reason."
― Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era

7. He's definitely an interesting guy -- the father of Al Qaeda?

It's worth remembering that, as National Security Advisor to President Carter, he celebrated the fact that he drawn the Soviet Union into the "Afghan Trap" of invading Afghanistan in 1979.

This was done by covertly creating, financing, and supporting insurgent groups in Afghanistan, in the late 70's, against the Soviet-supported President Babrak Karmal. In the face of these attacks, Karmal asked for military assistance from the Soviet Union. When the Soviets did assist, by sending in troops, this was interpreted in the western media as the "Soviet invasion of Afghanistan".

Once the Soviet troops came in, the US stepped up its insurgency campaign, and this led to a protracted civil war which ultimately led to the USSR withdrawing from Afghanistan in 1989.

Members of the insurgency groups, sponsored by the US, were known, at the time, as "The List", or "Al Qaeda".

Mr. Brzezinski certainly knows his realpolitik!
