Thanks for turning me on to Max. I like his style, his wit and his thought process. Need someone like him in the US to counter the CNBC stooges.

I don't like pundits who sound like Gilbert Godfrey.

4. 1 percent continue to get 0 percent interest rates? A red flag that nothing.... will get better

for the people who need help.... The people who's homes are underwater need to have access to this same advantage....
