1. Love Billy Bragg!

Got to see him last year in Cork, with my son and daughter. Can't wait for his next trip to Ireland. Like a teenager, I have my BB "Milkman of Human Kindness" tea towel hanging on the kitchen wall =))
Thanks for posting this.

2. You're welcome :)

I've haven't been very aware of him but I loved this performance and have been looking up more. My mum is from Northern Ireland

3. He is the real deal

I have several of his music CDs, but seeing him live is so much better. I had that opportunity back in the 1980s when I was in Nicaragua lending my support to the Sandinista's struggle against the Contras. A couple of friends took me to a bar/disco in Managua to see an English singer I had never heard of. I hoped it was not another act like Boy George. It wasn't, it was Billy Bragg. Awesome.

BTW - I think his best CD is Mermaid Avenue - doing Woody Guthrie songs.

6. IS IT JUST ME OR

Does the melody sound like "Chimes of Freedom" by B. Dylan? I'm just sayin'...
