there exists the possibility that one area could have 100% of the Vote for President Obama.. surely, there had to be one Republican dummy voting for Romney.. whoops.. Looks like there wasn't!

usually a few hundred per district.

There were lots more voting districts, as you might expect, with single digit Romney votes, in Philadelphia.

There are about 1600 districts altogether in the city.

usually mean new voters? It seems to me the more likely scenario than election or voter fraud in this case. The Senior "News" correspondent they brought in seemed to be there for nothing more than innuendo and paranoia. His only contribution was to shape the opinion that something stinks in Philly-- with no facts whatsoever to back him up. Is that how it usually works over there?
