at least, to the cowards wearing it. If they actually knew anything about shinobo (ninja in the common parlance), they' know that the art involves completely blending into the environment. It's supposed to be stealth. Guess they're trying to be intimidating, but all I could do was laugh and jeer.

Ridicule is the best weapon, with a large caliber handgun openly displayed as backup option. Always bring firepower when the idiot being ridiculed is a violent POS. Remember Greensboro. The 2nd Amendment does have a self defense purpose.
