(365 posts)You did not see that kind of closeness with Bush 2 and Cheney, Bush 1 and Quayle, Reagan and Bush 2.

(11,119 posts)Is unusually supportive of the President. I've never seen that before (and I've seen a lot of VPs)!

(22,896 posts)and VP Biden joined him onstage, the two of them hugged, and I could tell it was an intense and emotional moment for both of them. They have a lot of mutual respect--and love--for one another, it was plain. There was no macho bravado of 'we kicked Mitt's ass' that night because that's not who they are. Sure, they were very happy they won, but I saw no arrogance. Only sincere gratitude.
Love those guys!!

(6 posts)Obama is the real deal. He truly and genuinely cares for all people. When he selected Joe as VP, I knew these two would be great. Obama knew Joe was the real deal too. Both men are transparent and truly want to work for the American people. These two are no posers! We gotta give Obama another kudos for selecting the perfect VP.
I love to see photos of Joe and Barack together. I especially love when it when it looks like they are cracking each other up laughing.
