That seems like the reverse of the free square in the center. If you get a card with "ethical" on it, you'll never hit that square.

Back to Mittwit, I agree with TBF's list from #17, except that I'd replace "voucher" with "premium support". That's how the Republicans describe their vouchercare plan. Probably Frank Luntz told them that "voucher" wasn't playing well with his focus groups.
