I've interviewed several scientists over the last few months and weeks to help
explain why knowledgeable people are pretty freaked out about the arctic right now.

I've produced this as part of my new series called "This is Not Cool" - for the Yale Forum on Climate Change & The Media -
so to help get this off the ground, I hope

Climate change is catching up with this.

To plagiarize another DUer (sorry, I don't remember who said this): "Dinner is ahead of schedule and guess who's on the menu."

Peter, it's such a good thing that people like you are getting the word out.

And in the presidential campaign? President Obama has a program to improve fuel efficiency, and he's talked about that . . . a little . . . but so little that it's kind of like throwing snowballs into Hell. We need climate change to be part of the national discussion, at the top of the national agenda.
