Orly Taitz, Birther, Sues To Remove Obama From Kansas Ballot

A Kansas judge has granted an Oct. 3 court hearing to birther queen Orly Taitz in her lawsuit that seeks to keep President Barack Obama off of the Sunflower State's ballot because of what she says are questions about his U.S. citizenship.

Taitz, a California dentist and lawyer, announced on her website Thursday evening that Kansas District Court Judge Larry Hendricks has granted her a hearing in her lawsuit that seeks to overturn a decision by the state Objections Board to keep Obama on the ballot. The Objections Board ruled Monday -- over Taitz' objection -- to drop plans to consider the removal of Obama from the ballot after Joe Montgomery, a Manhattan, Kan., resident, withdrew his challenge to the president's candidacy.

p.s. But she will lose again.

There have been OVER 100 birther law suits and ballot challenges (in many states) so far and they have all been either tossed out or ruled against.

It might be in the country's best interest to pay for the plane ticket (one way) for her to go do research in Kenya. Once there, we can decide to not let her set one foot, one toe, one cell back in this country.

and have that come walking in the room to work on your mouth? I'd make a rapid egress out of there.

to bring all these law suits? She doesn't seem to be earning it through either of her degrees...if she really has them. Who is financing her?

Even I who have a rather thick scandinavian accent to my english, speak better english than she does - and thats say a lot as I am not exactly a fluent english speaker... I think I'm better of writing english, than to speak it
