At least, that is what he told the people bankrolling his run. It is the second excerpt of what is turning out to be a damaging video for the Republican campaign. Al Jazeera's Alan Fisher reports from Washington.  - Okay, in this video I've seen at least two Republicans from Memphis saying they can't vote for Rmoney and that they're voting for ''Baracko'' -- I swear! And believe me, I know Memphis Republicans -- that Baracko is being used in this case as a term of endearment!!!
At least I'm pretty sure it is.......

Senior policy advisor for the economic and employment policy project at NCLR, Leticia Miranda, argues that the “Ryan Budget” would “make the ax fall hardest on the most vulnerable in our society.” Cuts to Medicaid and Medicare, and programs like Head Start and Pell Grants would also disproportionately affect Hispanics.
