TYT: Michelle Obama Called "Mrs. YoMama"

The Kansas House Speaker, Republican Mike O'Neil caused some drama when he forwarded an email that compared first lady Michelle Obama to the grinch and called her "Mrs. YoMama". Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian discuss whether or not they buy his excuse.

I know I shouldn't be surprised but I am bowled over by the unapologetic racism from numerous Republicans over the past few days. edited because I had more to say.

As I see politics as pretty rough and tumble. Opposing sides take personal shots at each other all the time and it's fair game to a point.

But in this case though I think it crossed over into racism which really speaks speaks volumes about the racist who somehow believes that the color of one's skin makes someone better than another.

Enjoy your stay here at DU.

Some of the links are from DU2 so this gentleman really combed through the archives! Regardless I think it is comparing apples and oranges.

"Republicans are Racist Pieces of Shit". I actually heard a co-worker use the word, 'spic' the other day. I was so stunned I asked her what she said 4 times, and then said, 'Oh, you mean HISPANIC?' I feel bad for her, I really do. I live in Washington - one of the finest liberal bastions in the nation, but the further you get out of Seattle, the more batshit people become.
