The motive is still under investigation, but witnesses believe Pion was angry about his recent arrest for marijuana possession and resisting arrest.
It’s not known where Pion got the tractor but police said he comes from a farm family.  |

Oh, and he's not a farmer at all. He's an asshole. He's been harassing citizens, businesses, and the police for 17 years and has the police record and court cases to prove it.

I just hope that the police force, now with over half the fleet destroyed by this asshole, don't have a theater shooting or some other serious matter to respond to en mass.
Those cruisers, as part of the public commons, belong to the public and will cost serious money to replace ... not just the cars, but the computers and other damaged specialty equipment they might have had on-board. Only teabaggers would support such cretinous and destructive behavior .  | | | | |
