Did a Senator use his office to attack freedom of the press?

The Senator is Rand Paul and he is said to have threatened a reporter with confiscating her press credentials and arresting her for harassment because she asked about Bilderberg and why Paul would support Romney after Romney attended the Bilderberg conference.

Rand Paul has shown his contempt for the constitution and should resign.
