That's the drift, and where we're headed. But, I hear nothing about this from establishment liberals like Maddow and Frank who have not expressed any opposition, misgivings or real concern about our deepening involvement in those conflicts. Why is that?

spending is to try make people think that the danger to the US is from outside so that they don't realize that the true threat is from within. It is all about distraction.

(375 posts)4. Need to cut all the jobs out at the Pentegon and the contractors.
They have wrecked our economy. Need to give the funds to education and the Teachers for jobs. We need more social service programs to help out the inner city and the building quality homes for the homeless. Enough of the war mentality and more to the peace movement.
