U S spends $89 Billion Re-building Afghanistan.. No Money At Home

Roads and bridges crumbling at home. Eric Cantor and Paul Ryan say we have no money to spend at home... yet we have spent $89 Billion in Afghanistan on their roads, bridges and electric system.
