5. It is so clear that Romney knows very little about the issues and has failed

to educate himself about the issues. He is only capable of throwing out bones.
I don't believe he is always lying. He just has had little interest in political or social issues and hasn't spent time studying them, so consequently he cannot give cogent answers and so he blunders through. He has had no need to study national concerns because non would ultimately affect him.
His prime interest has been in the field of making and accumulating money. That's it.
He is not alone. We have a plethora of politically ignorant politicians and voters.
