One thing Jimmy has learned about President Trump over the last two and a half months is that he is more of a mover than a shaker. We don’t know what this indicates, but when Donald Trump is in a meeting he has a tendency to move stuff around.

I don't at all fault him for moving his water where he wants it, but it's psychologically interesting that he can't adapt to circumstances; his instinct is that circumstances must change to suit him.

Likely he wants to be ready for big sweeping "'murica" arm movements to complement the verbal rapport he plans to dazzle his onlookers with.
