I suspect that as he waded through the throngs of Ham's true believers, Bill Nye, for the first time in his life, began harboring real doubts as to the theory of evolution.
Qué será.

To believe that the world is only a few thousand years old requires a complete lack of understanding of so many basics of science, and how we date things and so on and so forth.
Geology actually got its start when men of faith went looking for proof of the Biblical Flood. Read The Rocks Don't Lie by David R. Montgomery. Excellent history of geology.

Either that, or watching them vote for Trump.

Bill Nye doubts? Really. I hope I'm misunderstanding you or that your statement was totally tongue-in-cheek and I'm being tone deaf.
The clip bored me, so I stopped watching but I've heard so much from Mr. Nye, that I'll never believe he would doubt his long held scientific conclusions.

You have the patience of a saint. Ken Hamm argues in non-sequitirs, logical fallacies, and then he just moves the goalposts if he is losing.

If there was any justice in this world, people like Ken Ham would be on trial for a serious crime and all evidence that could prove his innocence would be ignored. "It's all opinions, right Ken? Each lawyer will be provided a few minutes of arguments and then a decision will be made. The jury has better things to do, like watching the Kardashians!"

I just found that interesting. I'm NOT implying the world is only a few thousand years old or something!
