Nuns on the bus

As a non-catholic, I was very interested and indeed, moved by the Sisters On the Bus Tour and her message. Hope springs eternal from the Burning Bush, and Solidarity makes it happen. Bless you, Sister.

He is the representative darling of the hierarchy that now dominates the Catholic Church following John Paul II retirement of any progressive bishops and the appointment of ultra-conservatives to lead the Church.

While the bishops call for the excommunication of any women who seek an abortion or any who would assist in any way, they total ignore this bastard that wants to starve millions of the poor by cutting off food stamps. He is willing to actually starve innocent children while filling the pockets of the wealthy.

Sadly the Catholic Church hierarchy has totally abandon the most basic teachings of Jesus. Is it any wonder why so many of us have left the church? They are so totally consumed with one issue that they actively support people that contradict the most basic teachings of Jesus who they claim to believe in. It is beyond absurd.
