In 2011, the Governor of Michigan took over the city of Flint, a majority-African American city where almost half the population lives below the poverty line. He installed an un-elected "financial manager" to run the city for him.

1. Watching the absolute evil being propagated on Flint,

I see the US moving closer and closer to a revolution. It won't necessarily be a pitchforks at the barricades type of revolution, although it easily could become one. We will try at the ballot box first, but people are losing faith in voting since it appears it is too easy for the 'haves' to rig elections to come out the way they want. If voting doesn't work, then violence will probably follow. You can only take away so much from the masses before they say 'enough'. I fear we are getting closer and closer to that point.

I attended a Multi Level Marketing "career opportunity"

This was before MLM was widely known

It was for water filter systems

The guy said "Buy a filter, or be a filter"

I didn't go the MLM route
