Yikes, this is scary. So, does this mean all fish have C8 in them now because it's in the water everywhere, so any time we eat fish we get more of it from them?

Second...when water evaporates it goes up in the atmosphere as clean water,and is supposed to leave all the crap behind, right? Does that mean things like this C8 can't be evaporated with water? Is it in our rain?
