Another GOP Debate Devoid Of Issues, Corporate Media Fails As Usual

Another pitiful Republican debate has come and gone, and the media is acting like it was a brutal battle between Ted Cruz and Donald Trump. But what really happened on that main stage was a bunch of old men bickering with one another over non-issues, while Americans are begging for someone to talk about something – ANYTHING – that matters.

Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.

1. You and Farron are confused. You believe these debates have no substance or issues

They do, to cons.

Cons actually think climate change doesnt exist, so why talk about it.

Racism doesnt exist (other than in reverse, whatever that means) so why talk about it.

Cons dont believe Wall Street causes problems, so why talk about it.

These debates are exactly what half of this country wants.

3. Their foreign policy is "be tough with lots of guns and nobody will fuck with you"....

Their domestic policy is to fuck with everyone they hate.

4. Americans hate the GOP's actual policies. That's why they don't want to discuss them.

Pander to the rich. Screw the middle class. Stomp on the poor.

Take away your medical insurance. Cut your pay. Ship your job elsewhere. Give every kind of tax break they can think of to big business and the very wealthy. Wreck the government so even the next Democratic President can't fix it. Applaud every kind of prejudice against minorities, foreigners, and women.
