The woman who played Kim Davis looked just like her. Generally, I think Cyrus is a freak, but she can sing.

Wondered if she was tiring to channel Lady Gaga in her other numbers with the uber strange outfits.

4. What exactly makes Miley Cyrus relevant in this culture?

Not trying to be a smart ass but Cyrus seems make a whole lot of appearances in the media and I fail to see the what the attraction is.

Has she written any music that's memorable? Other than the minor shock value of a young white former Disney star twerking what has she accomplished?

Any major city in this country has street musicians more worthy of media recognition than Cyrus.. Just an opinion...

5. I liked her outfit

She kind of has a sultry voice. I guess it is interesting to see the rise and fall of a Disney star. She has tried to shed that image in a way that has gotten a lot of attention. A bit like a train wreck no one can avert their eyes?

I was enjoying the other performances more however. Sometimes SNL gets it right. I am just too damn old to stay up and watch though, hence the Sunday morning posts! Delayed gratification.
