Well, OK, I wanted to withdraw "responsibly" from the Iraq, and Afghanistan theaters, and slowly pare down the wars, and the bases. But since Republicans are unwilling to raise the debt ceiling, or the taxes that they lowered that put us into this debt crisis, I'm going to have to call for immediate withdrawals, cutting of 700 bases, cutting the failed F22 program, and the DOD and Homeland security to budget to 100 Billion a year.

We no longer have responsible people on the Republican side, so I have to be the one to cut the things we need to cut.
