2. I have lost track of him over the years

although I've seen him appearing in miscellaneous series... but found that he is in the series "Scandal" (as the character in your video clip)... I think his most remarkable performance was in "The Brother from Another Planet", where through the entire movie, he uttered not a single word of dialog as the main protagonist character.
