Related: About this forumBuilding the Machine-Common Core documentary
I admit I knew little about the formation of Common Core. I went through a divorce, lost my mother and moved three times to different states during the development and implementation of Common Core. My children are well past school age and I have no grandchildren which also keeps me out of the loop. So, if you find yourself like me, I think you will find this documentary interesting.

I have no problem with responsible homeschooling parents, but the fact that its founder Michael Farris founded Patrick Henry College - I saw how fundie it is in the documentary What's the Matter with Kansas? - rather disturbing.
