I will now have to print out this story somehow...I'm going to make hundreds of copies....pass them out at my doctors visit while all the old veterans are watching Faux News in the VA waiting rooms...maybe, just maybe we can get some of they crazies to understand.

I didn't realize the VA was that cutting edge in medical advancements

edit: I guess this is the interview that went along with this segment last night:

This information needs to get to every vet, family member, DAV advocates. This should be on every internet post , web site.
This is a typical ploy by the Repuglicans . Defund until the organization becomes dysfunctional. Then there is reason to shut the program down.
Everyone, share this until the air waves are saturated.

Thank you Rachel

Yeah, because the MICorpofascists haven't made enough profit off
our blood & bones in their oily little wars.

It's "profitize". They will take, the VA benefits, the Social Security, any private insurance and half the family assets, to care for the vet. They will make money off the free medication by repackaging the pills in bubble packs and pay the pharmacists $100, 000.00 to stay quite. Watch for it.

It will be like the private prison with the medical care farmed out to contractors who make more profits by denial of care.

It will be as effective as closing all the State Hospitals in the 80's and dumping the mentally ill on the street to be shot and jailed by cops.

No special perks because you are a rich SOB that bought your way into congress.

Give adequate medical care to everyone in the country without needing employment guarantees. Without requiring people to work 40 hours to qualify.

The military should get adequate care, whether they are 4-stars in the pentagon or grunts taking hits in the field. The same for anybody serving this country. The same for anybody living in this country.

This is the norm for the more civilized world.
