Shame on TYT for providing no links, no proof of the assertion. In fact when a RW education board in Jefferson County (metro Denver) tried to throw out the AP history curriculum, students and parents protested repeatedly and so publicly that they had to back down.

2. The title of this video is misleading,

because, as was pointed out in the video, this is only "one of many proposals" and these subjects have not been banned. However, it is still stupid to even propose this kind of nonsense.

a grab headline. It is used all the time to get you reading and hoping that the subject is important to you to keep reading. I am a former stringer, type-setter, and formatter for a small newspaper and most of the stories would not be read except for the grab headline or the interest of those for whom a story has been written. Big media uses it all the time.
