Has this been done before? Has a foreign leader come to congress and told them things that are different from a sitting President of these United States?

and it was not too long ago, when Obama was president. I personally don't approve too much of foreign political leaders addressing congress, but due to the "special relationship" we have with Israel, Netanyahu was accorded that privilege. What makes this time so different, I believe, is that he is doing it WITHOUT the president's invitation or permission - Boehner went behind the president's back. And it is the president of the United States who is supposed to be in charge of all our foreign policy - whether he is a Democrat or a Republican, or, what Bernie declined to say - whether he's white or black. We can't ignore the blatant racial disrespect behind this move on the part of Boehner.

He's a total cynic. CNN has taught him that both parties are the same. It's always been this way, it's always going to be this way and there is NOTHING that can be done about it and certainly YOU can't do anything about it so go back to sleep citizen.
