The problem with American Sniper, explained in 3 minutes

The film is in large part an action movie set in the Iraq war, but it also depicts the sacrifices Kyle and his family made as he served four tours of duty. That said, the film has a major history problem: It deeply misrepresents why America went to war in Iraq and how the war actually went down. These inaccuracies aren't peripheral problems; they do a disservice to Iraqis and American veterans alike. See how in the video above.

From his lifetime career he deserves recognition. But not this way. Not this one.

You need another Big Lie to get folks to accept another Big Lie.

Hey, Clint! These motherfuc_ers did come to San Diego!

The focus this Sunday will be on New York, Washington and Pennsylvania as the nation remembers the 9/11 terror attacks that seemingly came out of nowhere 10 years ago. But they didn't come out of nowhere. We've learned they were carefully planned by a network of Al Qaeda terrorists. The 19 hijackers were trained and supported in a number of different places, Afghanistan, Germany, Florida and right here in San Diego.

because the alleged hijackers trained there. They also allegedly trained at Montgomery Field, so why didn't we bomb Kearny Mesa?

10. Yep. There was no centralized Afghan government harboring terrorists either.

They Dubya Administration implied that too. And it was another lie.

We would have been better served to stay out of both countries. But then the profiteers wouldn't have received their reward for supporting Bush in the election. And Bush couldn't have strutted around trying to act like a bad ass.
