at one point heavily populated by criminals exiled here. It is very ironic that now we hold the very dubious distinction
of having the highest incarceration rate in the world.
But hey, it generates a lot of profit$ and since we have different laws for THEM and us, this will continue...
Capitalism has definitely replaced democracy.
