World leadership really comes down to one's ability to appear with Shakira!
Never mind torture. Never mind NDAA. Never mind the Espionage Act. Or Afghanistan. Or the JOBS Act.

Its called diplomacy. Colombia is a wonderful country, one considered a SA leader. Shakira is almost a godess there. Cartagena is a beautiful city. Obama is doing well to showcase there.
