2. Are You Kidding?......

Hannity - the journalist - will defend his right to protect his sources. He'll never crack. He'll go to jail first to protect Zimmerman. Not!!!!!!!!!

3. I hope the prosecutor subpoenas Hannity's ugly ass.

Last edited Tue Apr 10, 2012, 11:57 PM USA/ET - Edit history (3) Which would be an entirely legal and proper thing to do. There's no such thing as a media mouthpiece privilege under these circumstances - Hannity wouldn't be protecting a "source," and whatever Z told him isn't likely to be priveleged (The Florida reporter "shield" law is here: http://www.floridabar.org/DIVCOM/PI/RHandbook01.nsf/1119bd38ae090a748525676f0053b606/e8a24671dbdb7fdb852569cb004cab2f!OpenDocument ). If they decide to prosecute Zimmerman I would expect somebody to be on the first plane to New York with a subpoena with Hannity's name on it (there are procedures for issuing subpoenas in other jurisdictions).
Of course, there is also the fact that Hannity isn't actually a journalist. |

4. He is not a lawyer or a priest so he has to fess up.
|
He is also not protecting the source of a story he previously reported. Hannity is now a part of the case.
