Debt the Ripper Stalks Europe in the Wake of Austerity
A Greek pensioner shot himself in a square in Athens after cuts in his pension. His suicide note claimed he didn't want to leave his family in debt. There have been other suicides in Greece as pensions have been cut below the level needed for older people to live.
Yeah, it's Russia Today; but, the issue is not the source, it's the reality of what's happening across Europe. This is what the Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney have planned for older Americans.
