Of course, this begs the question: If five partisan Republican hacks on the Supreme Court kill it first, what will the GOP presidential candidates have to pander to the base with?

(Probably another reason why the Rethug Five will NOT kill Obamacare.)

Why would anyone in their right mind vote Republican? Using their own campaign rhetoric against the loons is the best way to defeat them.
