US Gov't infiltrating social media?
Everywhere you look people are glued to their gadgets. Social media going mobile has facilitated the loss of privacy, with countless status updates making it easy to know what any person is doing at any given time. We have seen the way social media has changed the way we communicate and many say it is responsible for several global uprisings. The US government has been exploring the medium to monitor its citizens. Jamiliah King, news editor for ColorLines.com, says using social media comes with a price and explains why people should be concerned.
