protected from hearing any diatribe from the teabagger, except for a few grunts here and there.
Anyone who thought they could enter into a battle of words with President Higgins and come out of it unscathed had not done their homework. The man is a word warrior and champion when it comes to battles like this, both because of his command of the language, but also because of his vast knowledge, experience, education and passion for social justice not to mention his literary prowess. He can spot a phony from miles away and I have a feeling he thoroughly enjoyed himself. Someone should have warned the poor teabagger.
