I have friends and family who somehow think that being a union worker in the crafted industries is different than working sales or distribution or even nursing.
You know the folks who don't mind a bad haircut because it is cheaper that a union shop. Or the folks who buy the shit at Wal-mart then think it is the same as downtown. It ain't!

trade union and employee rights policies. And, its companies profit from the peace and cooperation between labor and management in Germany.
Thanks for this segment. We need to learn a lot more about German labor laws and practices.
