Saw this last night-- an excellent & compelling interview. Mr. Boies is a Constitutional Scholar who gave a clear, concise argument against the Republicans attack on the birth control mandate. It is evident that the Republicans are in panic mode & are using this bogus claim of anti-religion as a wedge issue for political reasons.
