1. DId he even have a choice. Would we in the US have a choice if in the military and told

what to do. Often black and white zero tolerance laws make absolutely no sense, yet another example.

Let it go. The pursuit and prosecution of these old men is absurd.
Members of both my parents' families died in the concentration camps. My mother never stopped grieving for her lost siblings and her mother. If she were still alive, I'm sure she'd want this man to suffer for his part in it. I'm the next generation, and I don't feel that way. |

The most egregious example to me was when the US had the head of the Japanese germ warfare division working in the US "to beat dem commies."
