"Gregory made such a terrible dog's breakfast of his job that his performance can best be summed up by a question he asked late in the proceedings. 'We've only got a few minutes left, so I'd like to touch on some other issues. The war in Afghanistan...."

1. Elizabeth Warren was double-teamed

by 2 bullies, but showed great fortitude and poise. It's unbelievable there will be 2 more debates for this race.

2. It seems like the more "dickitude" she gets, the better she emerges from the debates!

She smiles, she isn't ruffled or angry and that makes Brown just more angry.

She even managed to rattle Gregory with her "I don't know" answer. Then, when he sputtered she delivered, with a bright smile, "I'm trying to change that!" and the audience broke out in cheers!

Behind her nice smile, I could just hear her thinking, "You are SO failing this course, Senator!"
