The Republicansí Shameless War on Voting
There is absolutely no question that Republicans are trying to suppress non-whites from voting, throughout the Southern states, in an effort that has been accelerating since 2010. It is not difficult to catalogue this abusive Republican mission, which unfortunately has spread, in a few instances, to states above the Mason-Dixon Line as well.
Nor is there any doubt whatsoever about why Republicans are doing this, since the demographics of the states where it is happening suggest that it is becoming increasingly difficult for white descendants of the Confederacy, with their puppet conservative politicians, and for conservatives in general, to retain control of government.
Frankly, I find this voter suppression disgusting. Southern conservatives, who now control the GOP, have succeeded in destroying the party of Abraham Lincoln, with its once long and proud tradition of seeking to extend the voting franchise, not restrict it.
action is my duty, reward is not my concern

2. Obvious prejudice - stop blacks from voting for Obama
I don't know why this isn't considered a hate crime!
The courts should step in and put an end to this in every state.
If they want to have picture I.D.s they need to have a period of at least a year
so that people can have the time to comply. AND those people with a hardship
should be assisted by the government to meet the requirements! There should
be none of this - Oh, we've decided that in 3 months you'll need to comply with
It's about time that the government started working for "WE THE PEOPLE"
instead of creating problems for the people.
Oh yeh, it's being perpetrated by the Repukes so it isn't illegal
Just like gambling - we can't do it unless it benefits the government
and then the total control is kept by the government.
Conservatives find solice in rules, knowing others think as they do. A liberal doesn't think within a structured box but has the vision to think of many wonderful variations. For someone to think a "liberal" must think "liberal ideas" is to show a lack of understanding for liberal thought!
