Obamacare appeal among cases supreme court declines to take up

Source: The Guardian

The US supreme court on Monday declined to take up another broad challenge to President Barack Obama’s signature healthcare law.

The court rejected an appeal filed by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and the Alliance for Natural Health USA. The groups had challenged various aspects of the law known as Obamacare including the so-called individual mandate that requires people to obtain health insurance or pay a tax.

Big Insurance invested millions getting it passed, and this corporate-friendly court is not going to take the insurance industry's windfall away from them, period.

non-profit medicare/Medicaid.

Our Gov pays way to much in subsidies to all the 'for profit' insurance corps.

The insurance Corps who get major 'free gov. money' (obamacare subsidies) doubled this years premium payment for consumers. And tweaked/changed the coverage to Corp advantage.

Seeing that linkage, it's no wonder many of the websites link to hate-Obama articles. TY.
