TRAYVON MARTIN SHOOTING @NBCMiami tweeted: #BREAKING State Attorney Angela Corey is preparing to release new information in the #TrayvonMartin case to the media within 72 hours http://twitter.com/#!/NBCMiami SANFORD, Fla. - State Attorney Angela Corey announced to the media Tuesday night that she will hold a press conference sometime within the next three days. In a memo from her office, Corey said she will release new information regarding the Trayvon Martin shooting death investigation. The media will be notified three hours in advance of the news conference, as to when and where it will be held. It will be in either Jacksonville or Sanford. ************* Read more: http://www.clickorlando.com/news/Corey-to-present-new-information/-/1637132/10452410/-/gx69ei/-/ "The decision should not be considered a factor in the final determination of the case," Corey's office said. But some legal experts say Corey's announcement could signal an imminent decision about George Zimmerman, the man who shot the unarmed Florida teenager. "I would anticipate she will move quickly on this," said Paul Callan, a former New York prosecutor. "I think you'll see her come down with charges probably very, very soon." On Tuesday, Martin's parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, said they were somewhat relieved that a decision on charges would not rest with the grand jury, but rather with Corey. http://www.ktla.com/news/landing/ktla-trayvon-martin-case,0,6972459.story ******************** Prosecutor Plans Announcement as George Zimmerman's Legal Team Calls It Quits A special prosecutor promised "new information regarding the Trayvon Martin shooting death investigation" within 72 hours, prompting speculation that the alleged shooter, George Zimmerman, could be charged. http://abcnews.go.com/US/special-prosecutor-plans-announcement-george-zimmermans-legal-team/story?id=16110510#.T4TTHFGXQ1I ***************** The city of Sanford, Fla., is preparing for unrest ahead of a special prosecutor’s announcement on the fate of Trayvon Martin’s killer, George Zimmerman. While it is unclear when Angela Corey will announce her decision, Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett said that he had met with emergency management teams and the federal Department of Justice to “prepare for the worst,” WMKG reported. “We’re planning for the ‘what-if’ case scenario and that would be to make sure all of our citizens get the protection they pay their taxes for,” the Mayor told reporters on Thursday. A decision about charges could spark violence, though a series of protests against the shooting have been peaceful. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/361615-sanford-is-bracing-for-special-prosecutors-announcement-on-trayvon-martin/

12. If you've got pins and needls on your floor...put on some slippers, for God's sake!
|
and sweep them up before you mop.
(also, as a reminder-don't run with scissors!) |

24. Putting on slippers didn't stop a straight pin from going halfway into the middle of my foot.
|
My brother tried to trap me from going into his room by putting fishing hooks, safety pins, and straight pins all over the floor. I only wanted to play with his legos.

7. Good answer
|
Hear he is busy posting all over the internet with a cash raising front to support nonexistent legal fees. Must be what he is doing when he can't be reached by council? Maybe it will be his first full time job? Web sitter. $$$$
Ratting himself out on the net. Well, he is such a narc and a snich, he's an expert. Stupid ass. When he does go to Supermax, he'll need solitary confinement, cuz I don't think snitching to the cops everytime you see another person walking or driving beneath your standards is looked upon favorably. Eh? No, GZ goes to the wittness protection program, cuz he is such a colossal narc, gets his first real job snitching on, peace protesters, so he won't be harmed. But he wears a wire and an ankle monitor. Just guessing? |

by police activity in the area. They won't expect a lot of pissed off people if they are going to announce an arrest.

9. It is scary. Part of me wants this "Over with in a sense" BUT I'm terrifide what will happen in the
|
aftermath. The more I think about it the more I think they need that 72 hours to get the national guard in position to just keep peace all the way around.
No charges Most logical people are going to be pissed. Charges and the skin heads with guns just may get a little tooo pissy. |

so I'm hoping this "new" information would be that he will be charged now.

23. Zimmerman has not been charged
|
and therfor, if he wants to go the Peru, he would not be breaking any laws. If he goes to a country where the US can't touch him, ie extraition laws do not apply, than, I guess he would be consider a fugitive. With people giving him money thru the internet, I'm assuming he could live quite comfortable in a third world country.
To be honest I do not trust the American justice system anymore. Money talks, and groups that are backing the "stand your ground" law are quite powerful. Many politicians and elected officials as well as other people who work in the system will always do the bidding of their corporate masters. I don't like the GOP either because they are like mindless drones that spew their masters' talking points and actions. The little people at this point is effed. |

30. I Have Heard That Before But Doubt
|
That it takes an actual warrant to block someone from leaving the country. For instance, I would think that travel could be restricted using a subject of a criminal investigation designation.

How is it possible that officials are going to let the integrity of the entire judicial system be called into question, by persons all around the world who have been following this case, for the sake of a gun-happy, unstable loser?
Some feel that they are protecting their horrible Stand Your Ground law, but even Jeb Bush has said that it would not apply to GZ anyway. So, what's the real deal here? Have they really thought out how bad this is going to make the state of Florida look -- AGAIN? In the aftermath of the coming decision not to charge, the message will be sent that any gun-totting fool can feel free to initiate a confrontational situation, then murder an innocent person in "self defense". If the murderee is black, then all the better. This is going to be an ugly, ugly travesty. |
