The Denver dispatcher accused of failing to share important details with police officers responding to Kristine A. Kirk's 911 call from her Observatory Park home has been fired, officials said Monday.
The dispatcher, who has not been named, was fired on Friday following a review of their handling of the call which turned out to be a fatal shooting, according to Daelene Mix, a spokeswoman for the Denver Department of Public Safety.
Kirk called 911 on the evening of April 14, reporting that her husband, Richard Kirk, was hallucinating. The dispatcher did not tell the officer responding to the home that Kirk's behavior was becoming increasingly erratic, that he was asking his wife to shoot him and trying to grab a handgun.
Kristine was on the phone for nearly 13 minutes before Kirk allegedly shot her in the head.

(3,955 posts)link you attached, it was different and seemed to be incomplete or poorly written.
All I have to go on is the link from the original post. The Denver post doesn't show if it was changed. Hence my question.
