Rick Santorum: We might as well have four more years of President Obama than ‘Etch a Sketch’ Mitt Romney
This quarrel is just the latest salvo in the bruising, drawn-out primary fight that will likely continue in the months ahead as the candidates try to stop Romney from garnering magic 1,144 delegates needed to cinch the nomination

Rick Santorum is so down on Mitt Romney that he'd rather have four more years of Barack Obama than some "Etch A Sketch" president.

..........................

"You win by giving people a choice. You win by giving people the opportunity to see a different vision for our country, not someone who's just going to be a little different than the person in there," the former Pennsylvania senator said.

He continued: If they're going to be a little different, we might as well stay with what we have instead of taking a risk of what may be the Etch A Sketch candidate for the future."

2. OMG

I finally agree with Santorum on something. Did it suddenly get awfully cold under my feet?

3. Might as well.

Of course, we couldn't have come to this point without the sterling candidates that the Republican Party has managed to find and serve up like sun-dried road kill.

Thanks, Rick!

4. Did I just hear Santorum endorse Obama?

Let me get this straight: Romney is worse than an African, Nazi, Communist Moslem, who was born in a strange foreign land (Hawaii) and who doesn't even have a real birth certificate? Someone's badly off-message.

Man, this will go over well with Santorum's base.

Stick a fork in him. He's done.

14. Romney would have preferred to be huddling with Rove and planning for September

But Paul, Gingerich and Santorum are stopping him.
I'm loving it!

12. Does it make me evil if I like seeing Republicans going all out against each other?

I'm surprised that neither candidate has been easing up on the ammo this election season, and the GE is still quite a ways off. It's as if they hate each other and everything has become personal...at least with the Democratic primaries, our guys didn't go at each other this hard.

17. Wow, he sounds like Newt!!

Two losers who are so narcissistic that they rather sink the eventual nominee of their own party.

Politics aside, these two deserve need to be kept far away from the WH.

20. this sort of flouncing and tantrumming is exactly why the GOP establishment has hated Gingrich

since 1994

endorsing Obama won't play too well with most Republicans

23. Maybe Santorum is reading the writing on the wall

Republicans are sunk this November, at least for the White House run.

2016 will be more fun, with both parties running circular firing squads, shooting with fully automatic SuperPACs.
