Officials: Serbia's NATO Ambassador Leaps to Death
By By SLOBODAN LEKIC Associated Press
BRUSSELS December 5, 2012 (AP)

Officials say Serbia's ambassador to NATO committed suicide by leaping from a busy parking garage platform at Brussels Airport.

A Serbian government statement said Wednesday that the envoy, Branislav Milinkovic, 52, died instantly on Tuesday night.

A diplomat who could not be identified because he was not authorized to speak to the media said Milinkovic suddenly jumped from the 8- to 10-meter-high (26- to 33-foot-high) platform while waiting with the Serbian delegation for foreign ministry officials due to hold talks with NATO officials.

Serbia is not a member of the military alliance, but has a mission in the headquarters complex. Milinkovic, a former journalist, previously served as Serbia's ambassador to Austria.

The death occurred during two days of meetings of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels.

3. It does sound familiar, doesn't it? Reminds one of previous events, microbiologist Frank Olson,

who was in a room with a CIA agent and suddenly threw himself to his death decades ago.

I've read it is covered in a manual which explains it's hard to pinpoint how a death happened exactly when someone falls from a tall building if no one is spotted who can be nailed as the killer.

14. There were witnesses.

Not all diplomats are considered assassination-worthy. No one has any plausible explanation for why some 'unseen hand' would want to kill him. But the first point is enough -there were witnesses.

6. Further investigation?

Not likely.

"...It was indeed a suicide," said Ine Van Wymersch of the Brussels prosecutor's office. She said no further investigation was planned...."

7. "Serbia’s ambassador to NATO was chatting and joking with colleagues in a multistory parking garage

at Brussels Airport when he suddenly strolled to a barrier, climbed over and flung himself to the ground below ... His motives are a mystery. Three diplomats who knew Milinkovic said he did not appear distraught in the hours leading up to his death ..."

11. LSD???

One of the side affects of LSD is such tendencies, you b

There is some indication that LSD may trigger a dissociative fugue state in individuals who are taking certain classes of antidepressants such as lithium salts and tricyclics. In such a state, the user has an impulse to wander, and may not be aware of his or her actions, which can lead to physical injury. Anonymous anecdotal reports have attributed seizures and one death to the combination of LSD with lithium.

2. Lithium or tricyclics (like Amitriptyline, Anafranil, Asendin, Aventyl, Elavil, Endep, Norfranil, Norpramin, Pamelor, Sinequan, Surmontil, Tipramine, Tofranil, Vivactil) are fairly consistently reported as being very bad in combination with LSD. People attempting this combination are unable to communicate with others, they go into "fugue states" where they end up in other places and don't know how they got there, and they are generally in a terrible place psychologically. Life-threatening seizures and at least one DEATH have been reported to be triggered by the combination of LSD and lithium.

May be some other drug, but such flights have occurred with just light amount of drugs.
